This contract describes the general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as TERMS AND CONDITIONS) that apply to the simple use or access to any of the pages, web and mobile applications, software, applications in general, the use of the content, products, and services offered through the website contarg.com (hereinafter, collectively and indistinctly, the PORTAL), owned by Contarg and/or its subsidiaries, parent companies, related parties, and affiliates, better known as Contarg (hereinafter and collectively referred to as the OWNER), which has its established address at the following location: Av Roca 475 1c, Puerto Madryn, Argentina Chubut, CP. 9120. Any person who wishes to access or use the site or the services offered (hereinafter, the USER) may do so subject to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, as well as the policies and principles incorporated in this document. Therefore, we understand that the USER accepts them and agrees to comply with them. In any case, anyone who does not accept these TERMS AND CONDITIONS must refrain from using the PORTAL and/or purchasing the products or services offered.

I. Purpose

The purpose of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS is to regulate the access and use of the PORTAL, including any type of content, products, or services available to the general public within the PORTAL. The OWNER reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the presentation, content, products, services, functionality, and configuration that may be contained in the PORTAL. II. The User

III. Access and Navigation on the Portal

The OWNER does not guarantee in any way the continuity and availability of the content, products, or services offered through the PORTAL. However, the OWNER will take actions within its capabilities to maintain the proper functioning of the PORTAL, without this implying any responsibility on the part of the OWNER. Similarly, the OWNER is not responsible for or guarantees that the content or software accessed through the PORTAL is free from errors, malicious software, or any element that may cause damage to the software or hardware of the device used by the USER to access the PORTAL. The OWNER is not liable for any damages that may be caused by improper use of the PORTAL. Under no circumstances will the OWNER be liable for any losses, damages, or harm of any kind arising from the mere access to or use of the PORTAL.

IV. Privacy and Data Protection Policy

VI. Intellectual and Industrial Property Policy

The OWNER, either in its own right or as an assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights of the PORTAL, including, but not limited to, the source code that enables its operation, as well as the images, audio or video files, logos, trademarks, color combinations, structures, designs, and other elements that distinguish it. These are protected by the applicable intellectual and industrial property laws and international treaties. The USER agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of the OWNER. The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, or manipulating any element, file, or content of the PORTAL, and under no circumstances will they attempt to breach the security, files, or databases protected, whether through restricted access with a username and password or without the necessary permissions to view, edit, or manipulate them. VII. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The OWNER reserves the right to take civil or criminal action that it deems necessary for the misuse of the PORTAL, its content, products, or services, or for the violation of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The USER expressly waives any jurisdiction of their current or future domiciles and submits to the Judges and Courts of Puerto Madryn, Argentina, Chubut, for the interpretation, fulfillment, and enforcement of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
